Your contribution will be
  • Actively contributing to the design and implementation of the Talent Management strategies in close cooperation with the Talent Management Team
  • Leading, coordinating and implementing assigned Talent Management projects including templates, checklists, tools and strategies, as well as guidelines and processes
  • Setting up projects, strategies, guidelines and global events on the assigned projects in the areas of employer branding, performance management, development, wellbeing etc.
  • Analysing statistics, preparing reports and presentations and conducting benchmark monitoring
  • Monitoring market developments and identifying innovative opportunities, trends and insights and translating them into relevant strategies in the area of Talent Management
  • Supporting an environment of equal opportunity in contribution to the FOUR PAWS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy
  • Collaborating with HR Systems and Data colleagues on enhancing the digitalisation of all processes in talent management and on ensuring best-practice usage of the HR systems on a global level including the development of relevant KPIs
Your profile ideally illustrates
  • Relevant experience in Talent Management or Human Resources
  • Experience in HR project management, talent development, performance management and/or employer branding is an asset
  • Experience of working with HR systems & software is required
  • Higher educational background
  • Proficient English skills, German is an advantage
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 53,000 - EUR 58,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
